Yile Plastic Mould Co***ny specialize in medium and small-scale precision plastic mould co***ny which have been specialized in develop¡¢design and manufacture plastic moulds since April of 2004.We awarded ISO9001:2000 in 2005.
The co***ny is located at periphey of Song Jiang export processing zone in Shanghai and the factory occupies and areas of about 3100 squre meters. It¡¯s surrounded by Hu Hang expressway, Hu Song highway etc., it¡¯s fast to join other loopline and many main arterial highways of traffic rapidly. The traffic is very convenient.
We have over 70 staff right now. and the staff of mould processing and management (most in Guang Dong, Dong Wan, Shen Zhen) have many years¡¯technical experince . We possess several complete set of finish machining equipment such as professional CAD, CAM assistant CNC design center, NC machines. We also can exploit new products according to client¡¯s samples and pictures.We imported the 3R system from Sweden to improve the precision and meet customers tight lead time. in order to strive for success with our customers, we continue investing in advanced equipment and technology to improve our production. With all our staff¡¯s contribution, which ensures our co***ny can manufacture consummate products with complete facilities and perfect management.
The factory produce accurate hot runnes mould and all kinds of mould test products and plastic products, with various brands of hot runner, such as MOL***STER, EWIKON, MASTERTIP, INCOE, SYNVENTIVE, YUDO, etc.
